Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons: non-compliance with Law No. 4 of 9 January 2004:

● C.9.1.1.1 – Non-textual content: Not all non-textual content presented to users has a textual alternative that serves an equivalent purpose.

● C.9.1.3.1 – Information and correlations: In some cases, information, structure or correlations conveyed through the presentation of web pages cannot be programmatically determined (or are not available in textual form);

● C.9.1.4.1 – Use of colour: In some cases, colour alone has been used to identify a purpose or to distinguish information or functionality;

● C.9.1.4.3 – Minimum contrast: The visual presentation of text and images containing text does not always meet the minimum required contrast ratio, except where exemptions provided by the standard apply (e.g. logos);

● C.9.1.4.4 – Resizing text: Some texts, with the exception of captions and images containing text, cannot be resized up to 200% without the use of assistive technology and without loss of content or functionality;

● C.9.1.4.11 – Non-textual contrast: For some essential user interface components, including their various states, the colour contrasts compared to adjacent elements does not exceed the required ratio of 3:1;

● C.9.2.1.1 – Keyboard: Some functionality cannot be operated using a keyboard (or a similar input interface);

● C.9.2.2.2 – Pause, Stop, Hide: For some automatically started animations, blinking content, scrolling information or auto-updating content that lasts more than five seconds or is presented alongside other content, mechanisms to pause, stop or hide such content are not available;

● C.9.2.4.1 – Bypass blocks: A mechanism to bypass blocks of content that are repeated across multiple pages or sections is not available;

● C.9.2.4.3 – Focus order: In some sections that can be navigated sequentially and where the navigation sequence affects meaning or operation, certain focusable elements do not receive focus in an order that preserves their meaning and functionality;

● C.9.2.4.4 – Link purpose (in context): The purpose of some links cannot be determined from the link text alone or from the link text together with adjacent content;

● C.9.2.4.7 – Visible focus: The keyboard focus indicator is not visible on some interactive elements;

● C.9.3.2.2 – On input: In some cases, changing the setting of a user interface component (input) causes a change of context;

● C.9.3.3.1 – Identifying errors: In some cases, when an input error is automatically detected, the error item is not identified and/or the error is not described through text;

● C.9.3.3.2 – Labels or instructions: In some cases, labels or instructions are not provided where user input is required;

● C.9.4.1.2 – Name, role, value: In some cases, user interface components (including form elements, links and script-generated components) do not have correct names, roles, states, properties or values defined, or users and assistive technologies are not notified when these change.

● C.9.4.1.3 – Status messages: In some cases, status messages are not presented in a way that allows assistive technologies to interpret them without requiring a change of focus;

● Some non-web documents (e.g. PDFs) may not be fully compliant. To request an accessible version, please use the feedback mechanism stated in this accessibility statement

以下のコンテンツは、2004年1月9日法律第4号への不適合により、アクセシブルではない。

C.9.1.1.1 – 非テキストコンテンツ：:ユーザーに提示する非テキストコンテンツの全てに、同等の目的を果たすテキストによる代替が用意されているわけではない。

C.9.1.3.1 – 情報、および、関係性：:一部、ウェブページの表示が伝える情報・構造・関係性が、プログラムによって解釈可能でない(またはテキスト形式で提供されていない)。

C.9.1.4.1 – 色の使用：一部、目的の識別や、情報・機能の区別に色のみを使用している。

C.9.1.4.3 – 最低限のコントラスト：テキスト、および、文字を含む画像の視覚的表示が、必要とされる最低限のコントラスト比を常に満たしているわけではない(ロゴなど規格上の例外を除く)。

C.9.1.4.4 – テキストのサイズ変更：一部のテキスト(キャプション、および、文字を含む画像を除く)は、支援技術を使わずに、内容や機能を損なうことなく200%まで拡大できない。

C.9.4.1.3 – ステータスメッセージ：一部、ステータスメッセージが、フォーカスの移動を必要とせずに支援技術が解釈できる形で提示されない。

一部の非ウェブ文書(PDFなど)は、完全には適合していない可能性がある。アクセシブルな版を希望する場合、本宣言に記載のフィードバック窓口を利用のこと。
