Masseto in top place in both U.S. and Italian wine guides

Gentleman, an upscale U.S.magazine, has conflated the scores of the most influential Italian and American wine guides. Journalist Cesare Pillon carried out a painstaking, objective analysis, comparing the data from Gambero Rosso, Veronelli, and L’Espresso, as well as the American Wine Spectator (the U.S. Bible, along with The Wine Advocate, for the wines of the world), and the results boosted into first place Masseto 2006.
