In Germany, Gourmet Globe praises Le Serre Nuove as week’s best wine

In its January issue, the fine food and wine publication Gourmet Globe, which brings together the top chefs and most renowned sommeliers in its suggested food and wine pairings, selected Le Serre Nuove 2007 as the best wine of the week. Its tasting notes describe Le Serre Nuove 2007 as showing “intense aromas of red berry, smooth spice, mint, and eucalyptus. Silk-smooth on the palate, it displays lively tannins, as well as a combination of crisp, sweet fruit and rich notes of mint.”
